Description
Crafted in Seki City, Japan, this used Mcusta Damascus Rosewood Folder represents the seamless fusion of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modern precision manufacturing. Mcusta—short for Machine Custom Knives—is known worldwide for producing some of the finest production folders available, combining hand-finished detail with advanced machining techniques.
Unlike many mass-produced knives that rely on die-stamped components, Mcusta uses laser cutting and CNC machining to ensure exceptional tolerances and precise fit. Each knife is then hand assembled, finished, and inspected by skilled craftsmen, resulting in a refined tool that reflects both heritage and innovation.
The 3.75″ blade features 33-layer nickel Damascus steel with a VG10 core, delivering outstanding edge retention, corrosion resistance, and striking visual character. The flowing Damascus pattern pairs beautifully with the warm tones of the rosewood handles, which are sculpted with a unique multi-dimensional contour for enhanced ergonomics and visual depth.
A liner lock mechanism ensures secure lockup, while dual thumb studs provide smooth, controlled opening. The stainless steel pocket clip supports right-hand, tip-up carry for convenient everyday use.
As a used knife, this Mcusta may show light cosmetic signs of previous carry or handling, particularly on the Damascus blade or wood scales, but it remains fully functional and ready for continued service.
